Operating Instructions
- Place the fountain on a flat, stable, waterproof surface near a suitable power outlet.
- Fill the reservoir with clean water until the pump is completely submerged, following the manufacturer's fill-level guidance.
- Check that the pump and tubing are correctly positioned before switching on.
- Connect the power adapter to a suitable outlet and switch on to start the water flow and lighting.
- Keep the water level above the pump intake during operation. Top up as needed to prevent the pump from running dry.
- Switch off and unplug the fountain before refilling, cleaning or moving it.
Care and Maintenance
- Regularly check and top up the water to compensate for evaporation.
- Clean the reservoir and pump periodically to remove debris and mineral deposits.
- Use indoors in a dry location unless the manufacturer's instructions confirm outdoor suitability.
- Keep the power adapter and electrical connections dry.

• Flat Rate: $80 per delivery.
• Scheduling: Similar to our local Timaru service, we can coordinate with you in advance to arrange a specific, agreed-upon time for your delivery.
New Zealand-Wide Shipping
For destinations beyond our local and surrounding zones, we utilize trusted freight and courier partners to reach customers across the entire country.
South Island Delivery:
• Rate: Calculated at checkout.
• Scheduling: While we aim for the fastest possible turnaround, we are unable to arrange set or guaranteed delivery times for out-of-town freight. Couriers will deliver during standard operating hours.
North Island Delivery:
• Rate: Calculated at checkout.
• Scheduling: As with our South Island shipping, specific delivery times cannot be scheduled in advance for North Island orders. You will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.
